The NJCAA basketball season won’t tip off until January 2021 after the NJCAA adjusted the schedule for the 2020-21 school year due to COVID-19.

There was a minor shuffling of coaches in Region XIV men’s basketball during the offseason. But it didn’t result in a lot of new coaches coming to the league. That’s because two of the coaches remained in the conference but at a new location.

It was an unusual situation at the top of the Region XIV women’s basketball standings following 2018-19 season. For 17 straight seasons, the league had the same champion each and every time — the Trinity Valley Lady Cardinals.
